Uber introduced a new feature designed to facilitate people with disabilities to ride with service animals.
For years, Uber’s policies towards service animals were in accordance with government law and federal law: they are allowed to ride at all times without any additional cost. But now the company allows customers to get to know themselves as owners of service animals in order to give drivers more clarity when a Fruy companion expects.
