The second lady, Osha Vans, was chosen to lead the presidential delegation to Italy for the year 2025 Winter Games OlympicsPresident Donald Trump’s office announced on Thursday.
Vans will lead the delegation to Turin, Italy, the host of this year’s games. The opening ceremony is scheduled to be held on Friday.
Osha is a lawyer married to the vice president JD Vance Since 2014, they have three children.

Osha sat next to the former high school football player, Payetton McKelb, during Trump’s speech in a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night. “Last night, in general, the Democratic Party was very unbelievable,” said McKelb, referring to the party members who were wearing pink during the joint session of the Congress.
“They did not defend any of the guests. They did not defend DJ Daniel, a young boy who survived brain cancer. They did not defend the Luke Riley family, whose daughter literally suffered from painful death that should never have happened. Every other guest was a kind of strong story, and they did not adopt anything from this.”
