On the day Donald Trump took office as President of the United States, he issued a temporary order to temporarily stop foreign aid, including financing that flows through the United States Agency for International Development (the United States Agency for International Development). Funding freezing will have permanent consequences. Global health programs have already paralyzed, including critical reproductive health services, which endangered millions of lives-especially those served by service providers in low-income countries.
