‘Deli Boys’ review: A quirky, smartly written crime comedy

In the movie “Deli Boys”, which is amazingly sweet, deceptive and panic, on Thursday on Holo, Asif Ali and Sajar Sheikh play among the Pakistani American brothers Mir and Raj Dar who owns his father, and father (Iqbal Thaba), and owns a series of stores throughout the Dilawari Valley – Philada.

After the death of Baba – he struck in his head a golf ball, and from the paradoxes – they learn from the lucky aunt of the beloved (Poorna Jagannathan), Who shot someone in his face, that his real work, in which she was a colleague, was treating cocaine and dealing with him. With the passage of drugs, cocaine is a more acceptable comedy method than, for example, heroin, methan or fentian, although it is very bad for you and social stalk in general. Marijuana, which has gone in the prevailing decades ago, is barely worth mentioning it anymore; Stones are just a drunk later in the comic wheel book. (It is, for all intentions and purposes, legal. MediaIncluding hosting the “Bong Appétit” hemp and writing for the HBO POT-Delivery Comedy “High maintenance.”

Mir and Raj is a diagram, physically and mood. Mir, who works for his legitimate father’s work, is completely aware of the illegal machine, is the younger brother, the most compromise and more motivated. He weakens himself on his father, who lives to impress, and indicates every opportunity to get a business degree from Drexelle University – the local Philadelphia. Lanky Raj, whom we meet has died between “Orgy CAABAL”, is the gream to Mir’s Ant, and he is the happy, roasted evader who asks his brother, “How can you wake up every morning and go to work when you know that you do not have to do so? It is up to us to enjoy this life for everyone who looks like us but does not have it.” The division screen contradicts the carefully implemented waking procedures, coffee versus hemp.

Baba’s death creates a vacuum for power between his partners who compete with Ahmed (Brian George) to fill. (“Leave the business for me and stick to the manufacture of biryani,” he says; there is a series of anti -feesal to humor.) As Mir and Raj will be absorbed into a whirlpool, which includes the case, and avoids traditional director (Timpson). Supporting drug suppliers in Peru who want their money, or their lives.

Their way to the sheet of more than 10 episodes along the comic play brings our heroes in contact with a variety of human blocs, including Tan Francefrom “Queer Eye,” As a engine cover from London. Chris Elliot, as a local policeman, was aware of the “difficult way” protocol; Kevin Kurgan, as New Jersey President, Czech Luzano, who continues to call Lasagna, whose social daughter, Gigi (Sofia Black Dilia) is attacked, as “F-Boomer who believes that women cannot participate in work.” There are jokes sitting in the generation as well as the gender gap: “racial thinking in the ancient world, the man”, Raj Ahmed tells, when Ahmed refuses to work with the Indians because they “will steal us blind as they did through to divide

Regardless, Mir, a preacher, Busra (Zain Sala), who has a mother, Sima (Sakina Jafri), who does not love him. Raj, who only people can like, has a friend, Prayeri (Alfay Fuller), who is also Shaman, but he also stumbles into a kind of uncomfortable with Nandica (Amita Rao), who is held by “Feli 10.”

The series performs an old strain of cinematic comedy in which a team of innocent idiots are thrown into a world of crime or conspiracies. Hope, Crosby, Martin, Lewis, Abbott, Costello, Bowery Boys and Cheech & Chong went there, if not covered with blood. Since Mir and Raj are in the danger of their lives, we accept any unusual steps outside the law that they may take to go out, even if we prefer that everyone doubles only and no one is harmed, or even for fear. Well, I will do that, but I am sensitive in this way.

The creation of the comedy in which the main figures participate in the crime requires some balance – worse than criminals in contrast to the most beautiful, or a goal that is worth or unidentified, or here, there is no other option. But often, we love the people who make us laugh; Whatever they reach, we want to be good for them, and a relatively happy ethical end, tension -free, motivated by danger. This is not necessarily where the series goes – another implicit season – but with regard to laughter, “Deli Boys” delivers. It is intelligently written, covered with strange works, comic situations, along with. Above all, it was built on great shows, even in the smallest roles, which are affected by the burning and make things just more entertainment.
