While Mr. Trump prefers to take the theater and wrap it in front of the crowded squares, Mr. Hogan spent the last Friday night chatting with the local residents at a wedding place at the waterfront in Baltimore. Mr. Hogan’s radical speech, in about ten minutes, as long as Trump remained one outside half. Mr. Trump is happy to challenge his advisers; Mr. Hogan is brilliantly committed to talking points about the two parties, good governance and overcoming difficult difficulties. In other words, Mr. Hogan’s campaign is something that rarely accuses Trump of being boring. But it is interesting.
