Kimmel has repeatedly launched jokes at Lino’s account during an interview in 2010. Lino was gone from hosting “The Tonight Show” a year before the spending of 17 years from 1992 to 2009, where O’Brien is replaced as a host. Lino came out to launch his NBC Primetime (“The Jay Leno Show”), but the classifications suffered for both programs. NBC suggested returning Lino to “The Tonight Show”, which prompted the exit of Operen and the return of Lino. Lino and the network received a widespread violent reaction of this industry, including from Kimmel.
When Lino asked Kimmel in 2010 to talk about his best joke, Kimmel replied: “I told a man that after five years from now I will present to you my presentation, and then when the five years came, I gave him to him, then I repeated him almost immediately.”
Speaking now to Graham Besinger, Lino said he had not prevented Kimmil from making the anti -jokes on that night “because it happened”, in reference to the famous Switch “Tonight Show.

Since then, Lino and Kamil have settled their hostility, starting with Lino’s decision to contact Kimmel after he underwent the son of the latter to a heart surgery in 2017. Kimmel said he was “making peace” with Lino because of this kind gesture.
