LinkedIn’s new AI search tool lets you describe your ideal job

LinkedIn runs a new AI tool that allows users to find functionality lists by describing their perfect role. The updated search tape in which artificial intelligence works for users now provides the results of spreading jobs based on natural language descriptions, such as “Find Me Me Stension Manager Manager in fashion”, and “jobs for analysts who love sustainability challenges”.
The idea is to provide greater flexibility for people looking for a new job compared to the restricted search filters of the site, industry and the role already available on LinkedIn. Instead of manually verifying every vacancies to see if it matches their skills and interests, users can instead search specifically for the ideal functions they qualify for.
“Amnesty International is changing the way we work, and the search for a job on LinkedIn will change the exact way people find their next opportunity,” said Zara Easton, the company’s expert in Nikkiden in the company’s press statement. “Our hope is that this method of discovering roles – and even new professions – will bring together the skills of job seekers, their interests and aspirations to find their next step.”
The research that drives artificial intelligence in English is available with all the subscribers of LinkedIn Premium starting from today, and it is expected to be offered to all members who have their language in the international English by the end of the week.
