A new recipe for gravity can help solve some of the greatest secrets of the universe. It indicates that the concept of “quantum gravity” can arise from anthropia, and perhaps solve the puzzles that the dark universe has set out of reach – and if this is true, this new theory can finally unite the general relativity of Albert Einstein with the world of quantum.

Since the beginning of the twentieth century, Einstein’s general theory It was the best description of how gravity works. However, when Einstein reached general relativity, scientists also developed the foundations Quantum mechanics.

Since then, both theories have been tested, reviewed and improved, and have tested time and beat skeptics in the scientific community. There is a problem, though – a big problem. They cannot work together.

Since both theories have been perfect, they continue to challenge their unification attempts. “The theory of everything” includes both general relativity and quantum physics has thwarted the efforts of minds Stephen HawkingAnd even Einstein himself.

One of the main blocks that stumble here is the fact that there is no theory of “quantum gravity”.

But this is the place where the Biannetoni Ginsra, Professor of Applied Mathematics at Queen Mary University in London.

It suggests a framework that sees quantum gravity arising from the so -called “quantum relativity”, a concept that measures the extent of two quantitative cases.

General relativity and the dark universe

It was developed in 1915, general relativity indicates that gravity arises because the bodies of the mass causes space tissue (quadruple dimensions Unification of place and time) For deformation. The more the object mass, the more extremes of space time, the more extreme, the stronger the effect of the object’s attractiveness.

This has been verified again and again, and thus enable the general relativity of the solution Newton’s attractiveness theory As the best description of the universe on cosmic standards.

However, general relativity cannot explain everything.

Dark materialThe mysterious article that exceeds the normal matter with a five -factor, and Dark energy, For example, the unknown component is not calculated in the universe that leads its accelerated expansion, for example, through general relativity.

This is a big problem because dark energy represents 68 % of the total matter and energy in the universe, and dark materials represent another 27 % or so. This means that the “dark universe” represents about 95 % of the issue’s energy budget for the universe, and therefore “things” that we can comfortably describe with general relativity account for only 5 % of energy and material in the universe.

Then, there is the fact that Einstein’s attractiveness will not “play well” with quantum physics.

The new frame – or “recipe” for gravity, if you will do – takes the space scale from general relativity, which describes space and time engineering based on distances and breaks between events, and treats them like a sports entity called the operator.

Co -physics operators are used to make transformations on emerging quantum situations through changes in physical factors. This public -based operator leads to a new “entrance” work, and adjusts Einstein’s equations.

In low energies and in space areas where there is no little bending, and therefore a little gravity, these equations are repeated in general relativity.

This new research goes further. It is expected that a small, positive, universal value. This is important because its value is better compatible with Right expansion notes of the universe Under the influence of dark energy from other theories.

In addition, something called “G-Field” appears from this theory that can explain the attractive effect of the dark matter.

“This work suggests that quantum gravity has an entrance to enteopia and indicates that the G field may be a candidate for the dark matter,” Bianconi He said in a statement. “In addition, the emerging cosmic constant that our model predicted can help solve the contradiction between theoretical predictions and the experimental notes of the expansion of the universe.”

Of course, the very early days of this theory are still, but given the depth of its effects on our primary understanding of the universe, it is likely to be worth exploring.

Bianconi research was published on Monday (3 March) in the magazine Physical review d.
